Lotte Department Store Hosts Korea's First 'Kawae x Maison Kitsune' Collaboration Collection Popup
Introducing Four Collections Along with New Product Lines
Lotte Department Store announced on the 18th that it will be the first in Korea to showcase the first collaboration collection between the French lifestyle brand ‘K-WAY’ and the French contemporary fashion brand ‘Maison Kitsun?’. This collection launch is a global event taking place simultaneously at ‘K-WAY’ and ‘Maison Kitsun?’ stores worldwide.
Lotte Department Store is operating a pop-up store on the B1 floor of Jamsil AvenueL until the 31st to commemorate the launch of the windbreaker line collection, a collaboration between the French premium lifestyle brand ‘K-WAY’, imported domestically by Lotte GFR, and ‘Maison Kitsun?’, one of the representative brands loved by the domestic MZ generation.
‘K-WAY’ is a global lifestyle brand that started in France in 1965 by launching the world’s first functional windbreaker. Through this collaboration with ‘Maison Kitsun?’, the signature windbreaker line ‘Le Vrai’ from ‘K-WAY’ has been reinterpreted using ‘Maison Kitsun?’s signature colors and the brand’s iconic fox logo. The collection being introduced consists of four styles: the classic style ‘Windbreaker’, the ‘Windbreaker Color Block’ featuring stylish color blocking on both sleeves, the half-open zip-up design ‘Anorak Color Block’, and the stylish tartan check pattern design ‘Raincoat’. In the pop-up store, along with the collaboration collection, ‘K-WAY’s new spring/summer windbreaker line for this year will also be showcased.
To celebrate the pop-up opening, limited edition goods and events have been prepared. Customers who purchase collaboration products will receive a limited edition ‘Packable Picnic Mat’ from the ‘K-WAY x Maison Kitsun?’ collection, limited to the first 100 customers. Additionally, a ‘Bubble Touch Game’ will be operated in the event zone inside the pop-up store, offering ‘branding candy’ as a prize to participating customers. Special promotions for purchasers will also be held. During the pop-up event period, new members who sign up for Lotte GFR’s integrated membership will receive a 10% discount coupon, and customers who purchase with a Lotte Card will earn an additional 1% L.Point.
