Jeonnam 119 Special Response Team Conducts Joint Complex Disaster Drill
5 Provincial Fire Headquarters and Police Participate... Checking Cooperation System
Jeonnam 119 Special Response Team (Commander Park Yong-ju) announced on the 17th that it conducted a complex disaster drill jointly with fire headquarters from five cities and provinces.
The drill, held on the 15th at the Jeonnam 119 Special Response Team site, involved the central, Jeonnam, Jeonbuk, Gwangju, and Jeju headquarters, as well as the relevant county offices and police, to check the cooperation system.
To strengthen response capabilities for electric vehicle fires, which have recently become a social issue, the drill simulated an electric vehicle fire caused by an earthquake, conducting rescue operations and complex disaster training.
In particular, the quality of the drill was enhanced by utilizing advanced equipment, including 48 personnel and 11 electric vehicle fire response devices.
