Global artificial intelligence (AI) data platform AIMMO is taking steps to promote the mental health of its employees.
On the 15th, AIMMO announced that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Seongnam City Mental Health Welfare Center to provide a ‘Member Support Program for Mental Health Management.’ This program is a healing initiative designed to alleviate issues that can directly or indirectly affect employees’ duties, such as personal problems and work-related stress, thereby improving the internal organizational culture and enhancing work efficiency.
The signing ceremony held at AIMMO’s headquarters was attended by about 10 officials, including AIMMO’s Chief of Management Support Division Choi Jin-oh, HR Team Leader Hong Je-wan, HR Team Organizational Culture Manager Chang So-young, and Seongnam City Mental Health Welfare Center’s Standing Team Leader Yoon Mi-jung, Planning Promotion Team Leader Park Na-ri, and nurse Shin Min-kyung.
Through this agreement, AIMMO will operate various programs beyond simple health checkup reservation services to promote employees’ mental health. In collaboration with the Seongnam City Mental Health Welfare Center, AIMMO plans to support systematic mental health management activities such as ▲ online self-assessment for preliminary screening of stress and depression ▲ mental health education ▲ professional psychological testing and counseling ▲ singing bowl healing meditation ▲ horticultural therapy.
