Jo Guk, leader of the Jo Guk Innovation Party, commented on People Power Party's Emergency Response Committee Chairman Han Dong-hoon's statement that "if a proportional representation party member is confirmed guilty, the next (proportional representative) succession will be prohibited by law," saying, "It seems they have become anxious as the support for Jo Guk Innovation Party rises."

On the 15th, Jo appeared on YTN Radio's 'News King Park Ji-hoon' and said, "Proportional representatives do not belong to individual members but to the party," adding, "It seems that Chairman Han Dong-hoon and the People Power Party have become sensitive and anxious." He continued, "In my opinion, it seems they are anxious because the support for Jo Guk Innovation Party is rising," and sarcastically added in the Busan dialect, "Neugeot jjorasse? (The correct phrase is 'Neohideul jorasse' meaning 'You guys are scared')."
Regarding questions about the judicial risks concerning himself and Representative Hwang Un-ha, Jo said, "If the Supreme Court ruling is finalized, it must naturally be followed," but criticized, "There are privileged groups who are not investigated, so they are not indicted, and without indictment, they cannot receive guilty verdicts. President Yoon Seok-yeol, First Lady Kim Geon-hee, and Chairman Han are truly a collective of immunity privilege."
Previously, the Jo Guk Innovation Party announced plans to introduce a so-called 'Han Dong-hoon Special Prosecutor Act' in the 22nd National Assembly to investigate the truth behind allegations against Chairman Han's daughter and the prosecution's alleged solicitation of complaints. The police, who had been investigating allegations that Chairman Han's daughter published papers written by a Kenyan ghostwriter as her own in overseas academic journals, decided not to indict Han's family in January.
In response to the host's question that "the People Power Party's position is that the allegations of admission corruption involving Chairman Han's children have already been cleared," Jo claimed, "Because the investigation was not properly conducted," adding, "My daughter’s diary, credit cards, check cards, and the high school she attended were all searched. That’s the extent of what should be done." Finally, Jo emphasized, "As far as I know, there was no summons or search of the daughter or the school she attended. Because of that, it was cleared."

On that morning, Jo visited the 'Cheongchun Warehouse' cultural center in Suncheon, where about 500 supporters gathered. He appealed, "Three years is too long," and urged, "Please support the Jo Guk Innovation Party that will end the dictatorship of the Yoon Seok-yeol administration." At the same time, he emphasized being 'one body' with the Democratic Party. Jo said, "There are attempts to sow discord or split the Democratic Party and Jo Guk Innovation Party, or between Representative Lee Jae-myung and me. We must never be deceived," adding, "We have no intention whatsoever to hold back the Democratic Party." The Jo Guk Innovation Party is conducting election campaigns emphasizing the slogan 'Jiminbijo' (constituency seats for the Democratic Party, proportional representation for Jo Guk Innovation Party). Jo stated, "We will always join hands and cooperate with the Democratic Party, which can be called the largest and main base."
