Creation of 'Hansaebong Barefoot Trail' in Buk-gu, Gwangju
In Hanseibong, located in Ilgok-dong, Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, a pleasant walking path has been created to enjoy the spring season with gentle breezes, perfect for outdoor activities.
According to Buk-gu on the 14th, the "Hanseibong Barefoot Walking Trail Project" was completed last month, and a dirt path where residents can walk barefoot is now being actively provided.
The barefoot walking trail is approximately 300 meters long and is equipped with one rest area, one foot washing station, and facilities for dust removal.
Barefoot walking is called Earthing, a compound word of Earth and the present continuous form "ing." It has gained attention as it is known to help with health management, including blood circulation.
