Kakao Mobility Hosts 'Brand Taxi Crew Day'... Awards for Quality Improvement and More
Kakao Mobility announced on the 13th that it held the '2024 Kakao T Brand Taxi Crew Day' for brand taxi crews.
Crew Day was organized to express gratitude to the brand taxi crews such as Kakao T Blue, Venti, and Black, who contributed to improving the quality of taxi services. This event was hosted by KM Solution and DGT Mobility, with support from Kakao Mobility.
This is the 4th year of Crew Day. Under the slogan "Together, Higher!", it was designed as a place for coexistence and harmony between the crews and Kakao Mobility. About 150 people, including brand taxi crews, their families, and related personnel, attended, and the event was also broadcast live online.
The 2024 Kakao T Brand Taxi Crew Day consisted of various programs, including the screening of the video "Precious Moments with Kakao T," which contained supportive messages from passengers. The event also introduced coexistence programs for taxi drivers such as Taxi Driver Medical Livelihood Safety Support and Junior Lab, along with the '201 Invitation Seat,' where stories from actual beneficiaries were shared together with the Road Heroes awardees.
At the 'Master Awards,' which recognizes crews who provided excellent taxi services, the top 95 master crews were selected and awarded based on a comprehensive evaluation of passenger ratings, the number of times passengers chose "Meet this driver again," and the number of completed trips.
Additionally, five crews who received many passengers' choices in the post-use satisfaction survey were awarded special prizes such as the 'All-Rounder Crew Award,' 'Kindness Crew Award,' and 'Neat Crew Award.' Ten crews selected by the franchise headquarters KM Solution and DGT Mobility were also given the newly established Excellence Award this year.
