Gyeonggi Office of Education Introduces 'School Visit Reservation System and Civil Complaint Consultation Chatbot'
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education will introduce a 'School Visit Advance Reservation System' and a 'Civil Complaint Consultation Chatbot' in the first half of this year.
The Office of Education announced on the 11th that it will first pilot the 'School Visit Advance Reservation System' in 68 schools across the province in April to prevent cases where teachers are visited without notice, disrupting educational activities, and to support efficient communication between parents and school staff.
The School Visit Advance Reservation System involves searching for the school name on the Kakao Channel, then entering the purpose of the visit, the visitor, the date and time of the visit, and obtaining reservation approval.
Additionally, the Office of Education will introduce a 'Civil Complaint Consultation Chatbot' on its website to drastically reduce simple inquiry phone calls from staff and expand online communication functions with the public.
To this end, by June, the Office will establish a civil complaint consultation chatbot on its homepage capable of natural language processing and data learning, supporting ▲responses and consultations on major inquiry areas ▲answers to simple and repetitive questions ▲connection to one-on-one KakaoTalk chat consultations ▲links to school websites and the main contact number.
