Suwon City to Complete Simple Care Service Platform Construction by End of September
The city of Suwon in Gyeonggi Province is establishing the ‘Suwon Saebit Care Platform’ to allow citizens to easily apply for care services.
Recently, Suwon City held the ‘Suwon Saebit Care Platform Construction Kick-off Meeting’ at the city hall situation room, chaired by Mayor Lee Jae-jun, to discuss plans for building the platform.
The Suwon Saebit Care Platform consists of the Saebit Care website where citizens can apply for Saebit care services, a care task management system for public officials, and a support app for staff of care service providers to handle on-site tasks.

View original imageCitizens can use the platform to conveniently apply for services anytime and anywhere. Responsible public officials will be able to process tasks faster and more efficiently. Staff of care service providers are expected to carry out on-site tasks quickly and accurately using the app.
The Suwon Saebit Care Platform construction project is being handled by Anyubiz Co., Ltd. Platform construction began last month and will be completed by the end of September.

Mayor Lee Jae-jun promised, "To ensure the platform’s success, it must be simple and clear so that even the elderly can use it easily," adding, "We will build the platform to be user-friendly for citizens and care service providers."
