Gyeonggi-do Expands Youth Overseas Training Program... 270 Participants from 9 Universities
Gyeonggi Province is significantly expanding the "Gyeonggi Youth Ladder Program," Governor Kim Dong-yeon's flagship policy that provides overseas university training opportunities for young people.
The Gyeonggi Job Foundation announced on the 10th that it will publicly recruit 270 participants for the Gyeonggi Youth Ladder Program, which offers overseas training experiences in countries such as the United States, to young people in Gyeonggi Province from the 11th of this month until the 1st of next month.
The Gyeonggi Youth Ladder Program is a representative youth policy of the 8th Gyeonggi Province administration, introduced to provide "more equal opportunities" to young people.
This program aims to bridge educational gaps and motivate young people who have missed learning opportunities due to economic reasons by providing overseas university training opportunities, thereby creating a chance to challenge social mobility through diverse career development.
This year, the program is expanding the number of participating universities and youth participants, increasing from 5 universities and 200 young people aged 19 to 34 to 9 universities and 270 young people aged 19 to 39.
Eligible participants must be young people aged 19 to 39 who have a registered address in Gyeonggi Province as of the announcement date and have no disqualifications for overseas training.
Applications are accepted online through the Gyeonggi Job Foundation's Jobaba Apply platform (https://apply.jobaba.net).
