LS Introduces Group-Level EV Business at InterBattery Participation
LS Group, which is expanding its electric vehicle (EV) business from secondary battery materials to charging infrastructure, participated in Korea's largest battery exhibition, 'InterBattery 2024,' held at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on the 6th.

View original imageLS is showcasing the group's subsidiaries' battery materials, industrial energy storage systems (ESS), electric vehicle electronic components, and other future energy comprehensive technologies at the large-scale exhibition hall 'LS Pavilion,' spanning approximately 270㎡ (45 booths) until the 8th.
LS Group Chairman Koo Ja-eun, LS MnM Vice President Koo Dong-hwi, and LS Electric Chairman Koo Ja-kyun, along with other group executives and officers, visited the exhibition hall to encourage employees. They also toured booths of LG Energy Solution, Samsung SDI, SK On, and others to observe and benchmark the latest battery industry trends.
After touring each exhibition hall, Chairman Koo said to the employees, "Many companies, from EV materials to parts and charging, are equipped with more advanced technologies than last year," adding, "LS must also strive within the EV ecosystem, consolidate the group's business capabilities, create synergy, and prepare for the approaching future."
