The new program 'Shoparta 300' is based on the concept of a 'Spartan shopping' lasting 300 seconds, offering daily necessities and local specialties at industry-lowest prices.
Lotte Home Shopping explained that it launched the shortest operating time theme program in the industry to increase broadcast attention and expand customer inflow with a unique format and content. The program incorporates SNS short-form formats such as '30-second mukbang' and 'ASMR' to enhance entertainment value. At the same time, to alleviate customers' shopping basket burdens amid high inflation, daily necessities and food products are offered at prices below 30,000 KRW, along with free shipping service.
Shoparta 300 is scheduled twice on weekdays just before major theme programs to increase customer attention and create synergy with the following broadcasts. In the first broadcast held on the 4th, seasoned pollack roe seaweed using Hadong green tea from Gyeongsangnam-do was introduced, recording over 300 orders within 5 minutes. In the subsequent fashion broadcast, items such as the 'Georges Rech cardigan' were sold, receiving about 15,000 orders within 60 minutes. This is more than three times higher than the average for the same time slot in February.
Lotte Home Shopping plans to offer bulk packages of daily necessities such as 'Pulmuone bottled water 40 bottles' and 'Clean Country toilet paper 60 rolls' through Shoparta 300.
Kang Jae-jun, head of the channel division at Lotte Home Shopping, said, "We introduced the 300-second special price sales program, breaking the existing home shopping broadcast framework, to increase broadcast attention and customer inflow. In the future, we plan to provide a more enjoyable shopping experience by offering differentiated products including daily necessities, limited editions, and luxury goods."
