OCI Holdings Appoints Lim Ju-hyun, Hanmi Pharm President, as Inside Director
OCI Holdings announced on the 6th that it will appoint Lim Ju-hyun, president of Hanmi Pharm, as a new inside director at the shareholders' meeting to be held on the 29th of this month.
Currently, OCI Group and Hanmi Pharm Group are pursuing a merger, and Lim's appointment as an inside director is a procedural step for the integration process.
Also, Kim Nam-gyu, CEO of the private equity firm La D?fense Partners, which is serving as an advisory role for the integration of the two groups, is expected to join OCI Holdings as an inside director. Kim will serve as the head of the group integration TFT at OCI Holdings.
