At a commemorative dialogue marking the 2nd anniversary of the National Future Strategy Institute held at Seoul National University, Prime Minister Han stated in his congratulatory speech, "Based on the export recovery trend continuing since last year and the significant achievements in overseas orders in sectors such as nuclear power and defense, we aim to achieve a record-high export of 700 billion dollars and overseas orders of 57 billion dollars this year."
This plan is based on the global cooperation that the government has focused on so far to support the export and overseas expansion of Korean companies. Prime Minister Han explained, "To this end, we will expand the global economic cooperation network and strategically utilize the greatly increased ODA (Official Development Assistance) to actively support our companies' entry into overseas markets."

He also highly evaluated the Korea-US alliance and the normalization of Korea-Japan relations, mentioning, "We are strengthening the foundation of economic security and minimizing the negative impacts of supply chain disruptions on our companies."
Furthermore, he stressed, "The semiconductor alliance established through President Yoon’s state visit to the Netherlands will serve as a solid foundation to strengthen the economic security of both countries while realizing a technological super-gap," adding, "We will focus on supply chain stability through the Supply Chain Basic Act, which will be enforced starting June this year."
