Korea GM Sold 30,630 Units Domestically and Internationally Last Month... 17% Increase YoY
On the 4th, Korea GM announced that it sold 30,630 units domestically and internationally last month. This represents a 16.9% increase compared to the same period last year, continuing an upward trend for 20 consecutive months.
In the domestic market, 1,987 units were sold, marking a 77.9% increase compared to the same period last year. Chevrolet's compact sport utility vehicle (SUV) Trax Crossover sold 1,447 units, leading the sales.
Export volume reached 28,643 units, a 14.2% increase over the same period. Overseas sales have shown year-on-year growth for 23 consecutive months. The Trax Crossover sold 16,278 units, more than doubling compared to the previous year. Another export model, the Trailblazer, sold 12,365 units, a 32.9% decrease during the same period.
