The 'View-Box' is a device where lotion is applied to the hands, and after washing hands as usual, the hands are placed inside the box to check for any remaining fluorescent substances. This allows users to determine whether proper handwashing has been performed.
The city lends the 'View-Box' to applying institutions for about three days and provides fluorescent lotion and educational booklets together.
Institutions wishing to borrow the device can apply at the three district public health centers in Yongin City.
