IBK Investment & Securities Signs Business Agreement to Create Synergy with Investor United
MOU with Investor United and Heungkuk, O2 Savings Bank
Planned Cooperation on IPO, M&A Advisory, and Investment Fund Formation
Investor United and affiliated financial companies, along with IBK Investment & Securities, announced on the 29th that they have signed a "Business Agreement (MOU) for Creating Sustainable Synergy."

View original imageInvestor United is a company specializing in management consulting for M&A (mergers and acquisitions), investments, and corporate restructuring. Its affiliated financial companies include Heungkuk Savings Bank and O2 Savings Bank.
The MOU signing ceremony held on the 28th was attended by executives from each company, including Yang-eun Ban, CEO of Investor United; Byung-jin Choi, CEO of Heungkuk Savings Bank; Hong-bo Lee, CEO of O2 Savings Bank; and Jeong-hak Seo, CEO of IBK Investment & Securities.
Through this MOU, the companies agreed to collaborate in various areas including ▲real estate finance ▲corporate finance and related financial services ▲fund management ▲new businesses (ESG, STO, BDC1, etc.).
In particular, IBK Investment & Securities plans to leverage its capabilities as a securities firm specialized in SMEs by providing ▲IPO and M&A advisory services ▲formation of private equity funds and new technology investment associations to create synergy, and intends to expand the scope of cooperation depending on progress.
Jeong-hak Seo, CEO of IBK Investment & Securities, said, "This MOU with Investor United and affiliated financial companies is expected to be a new opportunity for supporting SMEs and generating profits," adding, "We will strengthen existing financial services and expand synergy through various collaborations, including discovering new businesses."
Since the appointment of CEO Jeong-hak Seo in March last year, IBK Investment & Securities has actively expanded its network by signing business agreements with Mugunghwa Financial Group, Welcome Savings Bank, OK Capital, Musinsa, and Samyang Round Square.
