Group 'BTS' member Jungkook demonstrated consistent strength on the US Billboard charts.
According to the latest chart (dated March 2) released by Billboard on the 27th (local time), Jungkook's solo album 'GOLDEN' rose 62 spots from the previous week to rank 75 on the Billboard main album chart 'Billboard 200.' The title track of this album, 'Standing Next to You,' ranked 81 on the main singles chart 'Hot 100.'
Both the album and single have been on the charts for 16 consecutive weeks. Jungkook set a new record for the longest-charting solo song on the 'Hot 100' with 'Standing Next to You.' This surpassed his previous record of 15 weeks on the 'Hot 100' with his first official solo single 'Seven (feat. Latto),' released in July last year.
There is also interest in whether Jungkook can break the record of 17 weeks on this chart with the collaboration song 'Left and Right (Feat. Jung Kook of BTS)' with American singer-songwriter and producer Charlie Puth, released in 2022.
Group 'BLACKPINK' member and solo singer Jennie’s song 'One Of The Girls,' an OST for the HBO series 'The Idol,' performed with Canadian star singer-songwriter The Weeknd and American actor-singer Lily-Rose Melody Depp, rose 14 spots to rank 58 on the Billboard main singles chart 'Hot 100.' She proved her enduring popularity by staying on the chart for 9 weeks.
Group 'P1Harmony's first full-length album 'Killin' It' remained on the 'Billboard 200' for the second consecutive week. 'Killin' It' entered the chart last week at 39, marking their highest ranking, and this week it ranked 180.
The top spot on the Billboard 'Hot 100' was taken by American pop star Beyonc?’s new song 'Texas Hold'em,' which rose one spot from second place last week to first. Beyonc? became the first Black woman to top the Billboard country chart with this song. 'Texas Hold'em' also topped the 'Global 200.'
