Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam Province, announced on the 28th that it held the ‘2024 Sancheong-gun Youth Council Meeting’ in the large conference room of the county office.
The meeting was attended by 16 people, including Han Mi-young, Deputy Governor of Sancheong, and members of the Youth Council.
During the meeting, topics such as the investment plan direction for the 2025 Local Extinction Response Fund, the 2024 Gyeongnam Youth Expo, and the utilization plan for the newly established youth activity space in Sancheong-gun were discussed.
In particular, in-depth discussions were held on major youth issues and youth policies in the county.
One Youth Council member said, “It was a meaningful time to discuss youth policies for the development of Sancheong,” and added, “The Sancheong-gun Youth Council will take the lead to be helpful to the youth of Sancheong.”

A county official stated, “Through this meeting, local youth were able to proactively propose policies and have a time of communication,” and added, “We will continue to put our heads together with the young people of Sancheong to think together for regional development.”
