Woori Bank to Hire Over 180 New Employees in the First Half of 2024
Recruiting Approximately 180 Employees in Three Divisions: Corporate Finance, Personal Finance, and Local Talent
Woori Bank announced on the 27th that it will begin recruiting new employees for the first half of 2024.
The recruitment scale is approximately 180 people. This recruitment will be conducted in three main sectors: ▲Corporate Finance ▲Personal Finance ▲Local Talent, with the Local Talent sector further divided into five regions.
Applicants will go through a total of four stages: ▲Document Screening ▲First Interview ▲Second Interview and Personality Test ▲Final Interview, during which they will be comprehensively evaluated on ▲job competency ▲basic qualifications and personality required as finance professionals.
Woori Bank will accept application documents until March 13 and plans to announce the final successful candidates in May. The selected talents will have the opportunity to grow as financial experts by fast-tracking into the ‘Next-Generation RM (Corporate Finance) and Next-Generation PB (Asset Management) Pre-Training Program’ after joining the bank.
A Woori Bank official stated, “We are conducting the first half recruitment ahead of schedule to invigorate the job market,” and added, “We hope for the interest and applications of capable talents who will lead future finance together with Woori Bank.”
