[Weather] Most of the Country to Experience Snow or Rain Tomorrow... Low of -3°C
On Sunday the 25th, rain or snow is forecasted in most parts of the country.
Until the morning of that day, occasional rain or snow is expected in the central region, Jeonnam, Jeonbuk, and the Gyeongsang area. Occasional rain or snow will also fall in various parts of Jeju Island.
The expected snowfall from the 24th to the 25th is forecasted to be 1 to 3 cm in the Seoul metropolitan area and Gangwon mountain region, around 1 cm in inland Gangwon, and around 1 cm in the Chungcheong area. In eastern Jeonbuk, 1 to 5 cm of snow will accumulate, and 1 cm of snow will accumulate in the inland eastern Jeonnam area (near Jirisan). Additionally, about 1 cm of snow is expected in the Gyeongsang area, and 5 to 15 cm of snow will accumulate in the mountainous areas of Jeju Island.
The expected precipitation during this period is less than 5 mm in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon-do, Daejeon, and Chungnam; around 1 mm in Chungbuk; 5 to 10 mm in Gwangju and Jeonnam. Jeonbuk will also receive 5 mm of rain. Less than 5 mm of rain is forecasted in the Gyeongsang area, and 10 to 40 mm of rain is expected in Jeju Island.
The morning low temperatures are expected to range from -3 to 5 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperatures from 4 to 11 degrees Celsius. Fine dust levels are observed to be between 'Good' and 'Moderate' nationwide.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea and South Sea coastal waters. In the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are predicted to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the South Sea.
