Anseong-si, Iljuk-myeon Basic Living Base Development Project Fully Launched
Supplementing Insufficient Living Infrastructure in Rural Areas
Promoting Construction of Cultural Centers and Establishment of Learning Classes
On the 23rd, Anseong City in Gyeonggi-do announced that it plans to actively establish various living infrastructure projects in the area following the recent approval of the basic plan for the 'Iljuk-myeon Basic Living Hub Development Project.'
The 'Basic Living Hub Development Project' is a project aimed at supplementing the insufficient functions of eup and myeon administrative centers and strengthening the role of service supply hubs by providing living infrastructure such as culture and welfare.

The Iljuk-myeon Basic Living Hub Development Project was selected as a public project by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs in June 2021. The city plans to invest 92 million KRW in the project and expand various living infrastructures by 2026.
To this end, the city will build a Living Health Culture Center around the Iljuk-myeon Administrative Welfare Center and also renovate the Living Health Shelter. In addition, various projects such as operating cultural learning classes and establishing a communication system for the surrounding villages will be carried out.
