Patent Attorney Kim Doo-kyu Elected as New President of the Patent Attorneys Association
Patent Attorney Kim Doo-gyu (photo) was elected president in the Korean Patent Attorneys Association election.
The Patent Attorneys Association announced on the 23rd that Attorney Kim was elected as the "43rd President" at the "63rd Regular General Meeting." The president's term will be two years starting from the 1st of next month.
Attorney Kim, who comes from an in-house patent attorney background, pledged to normalize patent service fees and secure patent attorneys' litigation representation rights in patent infringement lawsuits.
