Nong-eochon Gong Jeonnam 'Core Leader Competency Enhancement Workshop' Held
The Jeonnam Regional Headquarters of Korea Rural Community Corporation (Head: Jo Young-ho) held the ‘KRC Jeonnam Core Leader Competency Enhancement Workshop’ for department-level managers at Sun Valley Resort in Goheung from the 22nd to the 23rd.

According to the Jeonnam Headquarters of the Rural Community Corporation on the 23rd, this workshop was organized to discuss the future of the corporation and the role of the regional headquarters during times of change, and to concretize ways to achieve the best performance as competent organizational managers.
During the workshop, participants shared various opinions through discussions, ranging from improving organizational culture to resolve intergenerational conflicts, maintaining the highest level of integrity, effective safety management, to revitalizing region-specific projects, seeking multiple alternatives for sustainable management.
Additionally, Professor Lee Kyung-hwan from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Chonnam National University was invited to give a lecture titled ‘Transition to Data-Driven Intelligent Agriculture,’ enhancing understanding of the characteristics of smart agriculture and responses to the climate crisis.
On the same day, following a general evaluation by Jeong In-no, Director of Land Management, on the attitudes required as middle managers, participants visited the Goheung smart farm project site to tour the facilities and smart farm agricultural fields.
Jeong In-no, Director of Land Management, stated, “Managers must be able to play a sufficient role in creating a virtuous cycle system for sustainable growth,” adding, “Let us share awareness, strategies, and tasks together and accelerate growth so that the Jeonnam Headquarters can lead the future of rural communities.”
