Corporations began to move immediately after the Lunar New Year holiday.
According to the Donga Membership Rights Exchange on the 24th, the average market price of 100 major membership rights traded nationwide is 256.42 million KRW. This is a slight increase of 0.14% compared to last week. By price range, the ultra-high price range rose by 0.03%, high price range by 0.21%, mid-price range by 0.31%, and low price range by 0.13%. The Donga Membership Rights Exchange analyzed, "The overall market price of golf membership rights rose due to an increase in buy orders," adding, "The buying momentum preparing for the spring season is continuously flowing in, so the upward trend is expected to continue for the time being."
The average market price in the central region rose 0.12% from last week to 290.74 million KRW. The 88 course continued to experience a shortage of listings, jumping 1.69%. Vallios also saw a rapid influx of urgent buyers, rising 2.11%. Jeil increased by 1.28%, Newspringville by 1.42%, and New Korea by 0.52%. High-priced membership rights also continued to rise. Shinwon increased slightly by 0.21%, and Asiana by 0.26%. Deputy General Manager Moon Jong-seong stated, "Overall, there is a shortage of listings. With more buying momentum flowing in, the upward trend is expected to continue."

The average market price in the southern region is 167.59 million KRW, up 0.20% compared to last week. Yongwon rose 1.14% due to increased buy orders from individuals and corporations. Ulsan jumped 2.13% due to active buying momentum. Haeundae increased by 1.38%, Daegu by 1.33%, and Seonsan by 0.94%. On the other hand, Yangsan saw a slight decline of 0.52% as the return period approached and buying momentum weakened. Team Leader Lee Yun-hee predicted, "The membership rights market in the southern region is seeing increased buying inquiries and is expected to maintain a firm upward trend."
