Jin Gyo-hoon, Mayor of Gangseo District, Seoul, attended the 'Gangseo District Saemaeul Association Branch President Inauguration and Retirement Ceremony' on the 21st and expressed his gratitude for the efforts of the Saemaeul Association.
The event, held in the afternoon at The Venue G Seoul in Deungchon-dong, was attended by over 200 people, including Lee Gwang-yeon, the 17th newly appointed president of the Gangseo District Saemaeul Association, Kim Byung-nam, the 16th president, and local Saemaeul leaders.
The ceremony proceeded in the order of opening declaration, ▲presentation of merit plaques, ▲inaugural speech by the new president, and ▲congratulatory speeches by guests.
Lee Gwang-yeon, who was inaugurated that day, expressed his ambition, saying, “Based on the Saemaeul spirit of diligence, self-help, and cooperation, I will lead the Gangseo District Saemaeul Association by personally practicing sharing, consideration, and solidarity.”
