Icheon-si to Renovate Barefoot Trail on Seolbongsan Hiking Path
Meeting Shelter~Hoam Yaksuteo Section Target
Gyeonggi-do Icheon City will renovate about 1 km of the barefoot trail section from Mannam-ui Shelter to Hoam Mineral Spring on Seolbongsan Mountain hiking trail from next month until June.
The city explained that although a forest loess trail was created in this section in 2011, the need for maintenance arose due to aging. The city will invest 279 million KRW to create 230m of dry loess trail, 600m of soil trail maintenance, one foot-washing station, and one soil dust remover in this section.
