As the representative institution responsible for constructing the national railway network, please demonstrate strong leadership to fulfill this role effectively."
He continued, "GTX-A, B, and C must be managed meticulously to avoid any delays in groundbreaking and completion schedules, and the new lines (GTX-D, E, F) should be advanced with a sense of urgency." He added, "x-TX will continue to be introduced in regional areas, so please actively cooperate within the Rail Network Authority to steadily discover new lines in other regional zones such as the Daejeon~Sejong~Chungbuk metropolitan express railway (CTX) currently underway and the Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam (Bu-Ul-Gyeong) area, in addition to the Daegu region."
He further stated, "With the recent enactment of related laws on railway undergrounding, there are many upcoming tasks such as establishing comprehensive plans and selecting pilot projects," and added, "While efficiently carrying out undergrounding projects, the Rail Network Authority should also actively participate in creatively planning urban development above the railway sites."
