T'way Achieves 1 Trillion Won in Sales, Hires First New Flight Attendants of the Year
Conversion to Full-Time Employee After One Year of Internship
T'way Air, which surpassed 1 trillion KRW in sales for the first time last year, is recruiting new flight attendants.
T'way Air announced that it will accept applications for its first new flight attendant recruitment of the year through its official recruitment website until 2 p.m. on the 29th.
The recruitment target includes degree holders, including those expected to graduate in August this year. Anyone with a TOEIC score of 600 or higher, or language proficiency scores of TOEIC Speaking IM or OPIc IM or above (only scores after February 19, 2022, are accepted), and no disqualifications for overseas travel can apply. Proficiency in Japanese and Chinese is preferred.
The selection process will proceed in the order of document screening, first interview, second interview, third interview, and medical examination. Successful candidates in the document screening will be announced on the 20th of next month. Interview schedules will be provided upon announcement of the document screening results. Final successful candidates will join sequentially after May. They will first join as interns, work for one year, and then undergo evaluation to be converted to full-time employees. Meanwhile, T'way Air recruited new flight attendants quarterly four times last year. As of January this year, the total number of employees is about 2,500, a 25% increase compared to 2019. This year, depending on the schedule for introducing aircraft and route expansion, recruitment will continue in various fields such as cabin crew, flight operations, maintenance, transportation, and general positions.
