Changwon FC Slogan Contest ... 'Go! All! 「Changwon FC」' Selected as Best Entry
The slogan “Go! All! 「ChangwonFC」” was selected as the grand prize winner in the ChangwonFC Foundation slogan contest.
On the 15th, the foundation announced that one grand prize and two excellence awards were selected from the ChangwonFC slogan contest.
The grand prize winner, “Go! All! 「ChangwonFC」,” is a homophone of “Goal,” symbolizing the identity of the soccer team. “Go!” (advance) expresses the noble will of 「ChangwonFC」 to soar as a prestigious club by moving forward only, and “All!” (everyone wins) means to always win every match, conveying the intention to bring happiness to the citizens of Changwon through victory.
The excellence awards were given to “Together as One! Towards Greater Victory!” and “First ChangwonFC, Best ChangwonFC.”
The selected slogans will be actively used for promoting ChangwonFC in various forms such as on the ChangwonFC website, uniforms, and SNS content.
The ChangwonFC Foundation held a nationwide slogan contest from January 12 to January 25. A total of 629 entries were received, with 10 selected in the first round of judging, followed by a citizen preference survey in the second round, and finally three selected in the final judging.
Hong Nampyo, mayor and chairman of the ChangwonFC Foundation, said, “Since the slogan was created together with the citizens, reflecting the new start and value of ChangwonFC, we will continue to grow and develop together with the citizens.” He added, “We will also do our best to prepare thoroughly for the 2024 season to bring happiness to the citizens.”
