HBM has been developed sequentially from 1st generation (HBM) to 2nd generation (HBM2), 3rd generation (HBM2E), 4th generation (HBM3), and 5th generation (HBM3E).
He emphasized, "Our engineers are working hard to anticipate advanced AI solutions needed in the future, such as comprehensive AI architectures that can cover everything from smartwatches and mobile devices to edge devices and the cloud."
He continued, "No matter where this rapidly evolving era takes us, do not be caught off guard," adding, "Samsung Semiconductor will provide customers with the solutions necessary to make the AI vision a reality."
