Environment Minister Promises "Active Support" to Green Companies Awarded at CES
Han Hwa-jin, Minister of Environment, held a meeting on the 15th at Conference House Dalgaebi in Jung-gu, Seoul, with representatives of green companies that won Innovation Awards at the 'International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2024' and promised support for green companies.
This meeting was organized to hear the acceptance speeches of small and medium-sized enterprises that received Innovation Awards for outstanding technology in the environmental field at CES and to encourage their efforts so far.
These companies exhibited products developed through various methods such as invention of new materials and application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology at this exhibition, and their innovation was globally recognized through the awards.

Minister Han stated, "The green industry, which grows based on green technology, has become a driving force leading economic growth beyond solving environmental problems," and added, "We will actively support many companies to develop and commercialize innovative green technologies in the future."
