Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation Recruiting 80 Job Expert Mentors... Until Next Month 11th
The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation is recruiting mentors to participate in the ‘Career Bootcamp Project’ online mentoring program until the 11th of next month.
The Career Bootcamp Project is a new initiative launched this year aimed at nurturing practical talents by providing ‘online mentoring services’ and linking employment to mentors’ affiliated companies after hands-on projects for 800 unemployed youths aged 19 to under 39 residing in Gyeonggi-do.
The total number of recruits is around 80, covering 10 job categories including management, office work, finance, insurance, research, and engineering technology. Anyone currently employed with more than three years of experience in the relevant job field as of the announcement date can apply.
The online mentoring service allows mentors to guide mentees on job duties and employment preparation through the job platform ‘Jobaba’.
Since the mentoring is conducted online, job seekers can benefit from the advantage of receiving job experience and employment information from industry experts anytime and anywhere, which is expected to strengthen their job competencies.
Mentors participating in the online mentoring will receive various benefits for their talent donation, including ▲participation allowances ▲issuance of activity certificates ▲support for networking among mentors in similar job fields.
Employees wishing to participate as mentors can apply through Jobaba Apply (https://apply.jobaba.net) by the 11th of next month.
The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation will select the final mentors in March through an online document screening based on the application form and self-introduction letter.
