Special Enrollment Period from February 14 to 26: Join as an annual member and receive an additional 1 month for a total of 13 months benefits
Gangnam-gu (District Mayor Jo Seong-myeong) will hold a special Gangnam Ingang subscription event from February 14 to 26 to welcome the new semester.
This benefit adds one more month to the course period for all-subject passes, allowing a total usage period of 13 months.
Gangnam Ingang (Gangnam-gu Office Internet CSAT Broadcast), the only internet lecture service operated by a local government district in Korea, offers complete courses for middle and high school CSAT and school exams. It features 68 top instructors including current teachers, EBS representative lecturers, and star instructors from Daechi-dong academies. With an annual membership, users can access over 20,000 lectures without any limit on the number of views. Since its launch in 2004, the total number of students nationwide, including Gangnam residents, has reached 2 million.
The annual fee is 50,000 KRW, and for Gangnam residents, it is 30,000 KRW. However, free access passes are issued to middle and high school students nationwide who are financially disadvantaged.
Eligible students can apply for free access passes at their current school or the city, county, or district office or community service center in their residential area. For more details, please contact the Gangnam Ingang Customer Support Center.

Jo Seong-myeong, Mayor of Gangnam-gu, stated, “We hope students preparing for the new semester will use Gangnam Ingang without burden through this event and actively utilize it to improve their academic achievements. Going forward, we will provide lecture services that communicate with students through various content such as academic mentoring and career exploration, in addition to school exam and CSAT courses.”
