POSCO Group Recruits University Student Brand Ambassadors for the First Time in 5 Years
POSCO Group is resuming the 'University Brand Ambassador (Podae-amb)' program after five years and is recruiting participating university students.
Podae-amb is a university reporter group launched in 2015 to communicate with future generations. It produced a total of 92 graduates over five years until 2019, after which it was temporarily suspended due to COVID-19.
The 6th Podae-amb cohort being recruited this time will act as promotional ambassadors who not only engage in reporter activities but also produce POSCO Group video content and directly plan branding campaigns. From March, they will work as content creators spreading POSCO Group's brand slogan, "Adding Value to the World. Green Tomorrow with POSCO," for about six months.
During this period, POSCO Group will provide mentoring from branding experts, a monthly activity allowance of 500,000 KRW per person, and various incentives. The team with the best branding campaign plan will also be awarded a prize of 5 million KRW.
In particular, participants will have the opportunity to experience various business fields through collaboration with multiple companies such as secondary battery materials, trading & energy, and construction. Additionally, diverse offline activities such as POSCO Group site visits, sports game viewing, and mission contests will be held to promote active interaction among members.
The 6th Podae-amb recruitment targets university students enrolled or on leave who can actively participate mainly in Seoul. Recruitment is open in specific fields including ▲video planning (scriptwriting/directing) ▲video shooting ▲video editing ▲video participation (acting/MC).

University students wishing to participate can fill out the application form on the official Podae-amb website and submit it by the 25th. The results of the first screening will be announced on the official website and through individual notifications.
