On Tuesday the 13th, immediately after the Lunar New Year holiday, the daytime high temperature will rise to around 15 degrees Celsius, making it generally mild across the country.
There will be occasional clouds nationwide, but Jeju Island and the southern coast will be mostly cloudy.
The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -4 and 6 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 12 and 18 degrees Celsius.

Fine dust levels are expected to be 'bad' in southern Gyeonggi, Yeongseo region of Gangwon, and Chungbuk, while other areas will be at 'moderate' levels. Seoul, Incheon, northern Gyeonggi, Sejong, Chungnam, and Gyeongbuk are expected to experience temporarily 'bad' levels in the morning.
Strong winds will blow in most parts of the country, so caution is advised for facility management and safety accidents.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea nearshore. Wave heights in the offshore seas (about 200 km from the coastline) are predicted to be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea, 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea.
