Three Teenagers Arrested for Driving Stolen Car 200km Without a License
Three teenagers who stole a passenger car from an apartment parking lot in Songpa-gu, Seoul, and drove it without a license all the way to Gangneung, Gangwon-do, were caught by the police.
According to the police on the 1st, A (16) and others are accused of stealing an unlocked car from an underground parking lot of an apartment in Munjeong-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, at around 8:40 a.m. the previous day, and driving about 200 km to Gangneung without a license.

Seoul police received a report of the vehicle theft and requested nationwide cooperation for the investigation. Gangneung police found the vehicle at around 10:40 a.m. on the same day and urgently arrested them on charges of theft and violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license). Seoul police have taken custody of the suspects and are investigating the specific circumstances of the case.
