View original imageThe Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency held an agreement signing and orientation on the 31st of last month with 56 new tenant companies at the Startup Innovation Space in the Southwest Gyeonggi region located in Anyang.
The Southwest region innovation space supports startups in the southwestern Gyeonggi area including Anyang, Gwacheon, Uiwang, and Gunpo. It is located on the 11th to 14th floors of the Venture Center at Yeonseong University in Manan-gu, Anyang. Its main services include providing incubation spaces, a media hall, and networking areas.
The agency offers various programs to new tenant companies such as business diagnosis, customized coaching, technology collaboration with large and medium-sized enterprises, tailored mentoring, and technology transfer linkage.
Kang Seong-cheon, head of the agency, stated, "We will establish a base in Gyeonggi-do where startups can participate in the ecosystem and make every effort to help startups grow into unicorns."
