Dongdaemun-gu (Mayor Lee Pil-hyung) is recruiting new tenant companies to move into the 'Dongdaemun-gu Startup Support Center (Dapsimni-ro 38-gil 19)' until the 7th.
The 'Dongdaemun-gu Startup Support Center' is equipped with independent office spaces, a makerspace for prototype production, meeting rooms, smart work booths, and training rooms. It provides professional startup education and consulting to strengthen the capabilities of tenant companies, as well as commercialization support funds for prototype production and marketing.
The recruitment target is those residing or having a business location in Dongdaemun-gu, who are prospective entrepreneurs with excellent technology or entrepreneurs who have established a small or venture business within less than 7 years from the date of the tenant announcement.
The eligible industries for tenancy include ▲venture and research and development industries ▲information processing and computer-related industries ▲high value-added industries such as games and animation ▲information and communication ▲electrical and electronics ▲medical bio, etc.
The move-in period is scheduled for March, with a basic tenancy period of 3 years, extendable up to 2 years after review. Companies wishing to move in can check the announcement on the Dongdaemun-gu website, complete the application documents, and submit them in person to the 'Dongdaemun-gu Startup Support Center Startup Support Team (Dapsimni-ro 38-gil 19, Building B, Room 305)' or send them by registered mail.
