‘HNIBR Nanum Tour’ is one of the center’s representative exhibition interpretation programs, where participants tour the exhibition with guided explanations and engage in hands-on activities using biological resources to learn about island and coastal biological resources and biodiversity.
Since its launch in 2021, the program has had 840 participants annually. This year, it is expected that more citizens will benefit from biological resources as the program expands throughout Jeollanam-do and broadens its target audience from youth at child welfare facilities and local children’s centers to include organizations for people with disabilities.
