Yang Young-seok, Chief of Jeju Fire Station, Promotes Communication Administration in Frontline Departments
Yang Young-seok, the newly appointed chief of Jeju Fire Station, took communication steps by directly visiting frontline departments and engaging in conversations with employees.
From the 23rd to the 26th, Chief Yang toured frontline departments to understand employee integration and communication, as well as the conditions for firefighting activities.
He mainly encouraged on-site dispatch personnel, checked the major status and urgent issues of each department, and held conversations with employees and volunteer firefighters to listen to their suggestions.
Yang Young-seok, chief of Jeju Fire Station, stated, “There are many high-rise buildings, traditional markets, airports, ports, and other nationally important facilities within the jurisdiction of Jeju Fire Station, and the population density is high, so a high level of expertise is required from on-site personnel.”
He also urged, “Each employee should strive to strengthen their on-site response expertise,” and emphasized, “Everyone must cooperate to prevent safety accidents among on-site personnel.”
