'2045 Carbon Neutrality Policy Roundtable' Held in Gwangju
Jointly Hosted by Jeong Dalseong and Lee Sookhee, Buk-gu Council Members
Jeong Dalseong and Lee Sookhee, members of the Buk-gu District Council in Gwangju Metropolitan City, recently announced that they hosted the '2045 Carbon Neutrality 2nd Policy Roundtable.'
The roundtable was held on the 25th at the Buk-gu Happiness Harmony Center 2nd floor Harmony Auditoriumwith the theme of resource circulation and energy transition.
Officials from the public, private, and government sectors gathered to discuss current issues for practicing carbon neutrality.
Councilor Jeong stated, “Responding to the climate crisis begins with small actions, and it is important to promote the establishment of an implementation foundation between the local community and administration, increase the role of civil society, and encourage citizen participation.”
