"Saving Lives"... Changwon Facilities Corporation Conducts Emergency First Aid Training for Swimming Pool Customers
Changwon Facilities Corporation in Gyeongnam will conduct first aid training for users to improve their ability to respond in emergencies occurring in swimming pools.
The first aid training for users will be held at 14 swimming pools under the corporation as part of the corporation's New Year safety management reinforcement plan, aiming to achieve zero safety accidents.
On the 25th, the training held at Changwon Indoor Swimming Pool was attended by 25 swimming pool users, where under the guidance of a swimming specialist instructor, theory and practice on cardiopulmonary resuscitation, use of automated external defibrillators, and emergency airway obstruction first aid were conducted.
One participant said, “This training was very helpful as I feel I can take minimal safety measures without panic in an emergency situation.”
