Suncheon-si, Recruiting Organizations for Community Integrated Care Project

Integrated Care Services to Be Implemented from March, Deadline Until February 5

Suncheon City, Jeollanam-do (Mayor Noh Gwan-gyu) announced that it is recruiting four implementing agencies in four fields, including home visit medical care (Korean medicine), home visit exercise guidance, and healthy meal and food ingredient support projects, to participate in the 2024 community integrated care project.

The recruitment period is from January 22 to February 5, and applicants must prepare the required documents and submit them in person to the Integrated Care Team of the Elderly Welfare Division at Suncheon City Hall.

Suncheon plans to provide services such as home visit medical care (Korean medicine), home visit exercise guidance, and healthy meal and food ingredient support targeting those who are not eligible for long-term care grades, elderly-focused care groups, and patients scheduled for discharge who require home care.

Those in need of community integrated care can apply at their local eup, myeon, or dong community service centers, and after confirming eligibility, they can receive the necessary services.

A city official stated, “We will do our best to ensure that citizens can live healthy and happy lives in the community through the warm and detailed Suncheon-type community integrated care project,” adding, “We will steadily expand the Suncheon-type integrated care project tailored to our city’s conditions.”
