Gwangju Buk-gu Operates Special Lecture at Namdo Local Food Museum
From the 31st of this month to the 28th of next month, Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City will operate a 'Winter Short-term Special Lecture' at the Namdo Local Food Museum.
The special lecture will be held under the theme 'Brunch Cooking for Myself' for 32 local residents.
During the operation period, every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., a total of 5 sessions will be conducted with various fusion cooking theory and practice programs by instructor Im Young-ran, a holder of Gwangju City Intangible Cultural Property No. 17 (Namdo Ritual Food Master).
The cooking practice includes ▲Session 1: 5 dishes such as Octopus Rice Pot and Potato Octopus Stir-fry ▲Session 2: 4 dishes such as Dried Persimmon Ink Ciabatta Sandwich and Burrata Cheese Salad ▲Session 3: 4 dishes such as Avocado Pollack Roe Bibimbap and Mushroom Sesame Salad ▲Session 4: 4 dishes such as Bagel Walnut Sandwich and Caprese Salad ▲Session 5: 4 dishes such as Bacon Egg Canap? and Salmon Baguette Bruschetta.
