Han Keunbit's 'VS'... Depicting Merchant Association's Interest Dispute
The action webtoon "VS," depicting the showdown between the Noryangjin Fish Market and Majang-dong Livestock Market merchants' associations, will be newly serialized. The production company The Grimm Entertainment announced that it will be released every Thursday on Naver Webtoon starting from the 25th. This work is planned by Major, a label under The Grimm Entertainment known for noir action webtoons such as "Castle 2: Manin Jisang" and "Jinju." Han Keunbit, the writer and artist behind "Geukya" and "Pontus: Geukya 2," is responsible for the story and artwork. The webtoon will portray the unique theme of the conflict over interests between the Noryangjin Fish Market merchants' association and the Majang-dong Livestock Market merchants' association through dynamic action scenes. A representative from The Grimm Entertainment stated, "We enhanced the completeness by seeking cooperation in advance from the planning and PR team of Suhyup Noryangjin Fisheries, the operator of the Noryangjin Seafood Wholesale Market, as well as the Majang Livestock Market Promotion Cooperative and related workers."
