Organic T Cosmetics Establishes Indonesian Subsidiary... Expanding into Overseas Markets
Organic T Cosmetic announced on the 23rd through a public disclosure that it will enter the Indonesian market by establishing a local subsidiary, PT TEABABY INDONESIA.
The Indonesian subsidiary, PT TEABABY INDONESIA, is a joint venture established together with the local partner company PT BESTAR JAYA INDONESIA. The total investment amount is 20 million dollars, with Organic T Cosmetic investing 18 million dollars to secure a 90% stake. The company plans to complete the registration of establishment and commence business operations within March.
Through its Indonesian subsidiary PT TEABABY INDONESIA, Organic T Cosmetic plans to sell TEABABY brand infant shoes, clothing, hats, and other products in the Indonesian market.
The partner company, PT BESTAR JAYA INDONESIA, is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, and is a local distribution specialist company. It operates over 100 stores and has a sales network covering the entire country. Organic T Cosmetic will leverage the partner’s influence and resources to promote business centered in Jakarta and plans to distribute TEABABY brand products throughout Indonesia in the future.
