Yongin City Supports Worker Dormitory Rental Fees for SMEs
Up to 80% of Monthly Rent per Person, Capped at 300,000 KRW
Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting companies to participate in worker dormitory rent support until the 31st to alleviate manpower shortages in small and medium-sized enterprises and create a stable working environment.
The support target is small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in the area that rent worker dormitories and pay rent monthly.
If the worker dormitory is contracted and rented under the name of the business owner, support will be provided for up to 5 workers per company, covering up to 80% of the monthly rent per person, with a maximum of 300,000 KRW per month. The rent support period is 10 months. If the monthly rent is less than 300,000 KRW, 80% of the actual monthly rent paid will be supported.
When selecting companies, preference will be given if there are workers using the dormitory who have less than 3 years of work experience or are youth workers aged 34 or younger.
Companies wishing to apply can visit or send their applications by mail to the Corporate Support Division of Yongin City Hall by the 31st.
