CPA First Exam Competition Rate 5.64 to 1... Decrease Compared to Previous Year
The First Exam Will Be Held on February 25th
The Financial Supervisory Service announced on the 17th that a total of 16,914 candidates have submitted applications for this year's first Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam.
The competition ratio decreased to 5.64:1 compared to last year's 6.13:1.
The financial authorities plan to select 3,000 candidates who pass the first exam, which is an increase of 400 from last year's 2,600.
The first exam will be held on the 25th of next month, and the successful candidates will be announced on April 5.

The locations and times for the first exam can be checked from the 7th of next month on the Financial Supervisory Service CPA Exam website or the Financial Services Commission website.
