Acquired Certification Specialized in 'Art Mode'
Adjusted to Match External Lighting Color Temperature
Samsung Electronics' 2024 model 'The Frame' has become the first display to receive the 'Artful Color Validated' certification from PANTONE.
On the 16th, Samsung Electronics announced this news, explaining that it was recognized for its outstanding color reproduction and differentiated image quality excellence.

Under the standard light source (D65) environment regulated by the International Commission on Illumination (CIE), the display is evaluated on how accurately it reproduces the PANTONE 24-color standard pattern board, and the Artful Color certification is awarded.
The certification Samsung Electronics obtained through The Frame is specialized for the 'Art Mode,' which automatically adjusts content brightness and color tone according to the surrounding illumination environment.
In environments with standard light sources such as typical home or gallery lighting, The Frame’s excellent color reproduction allows viewers to vividly enjoy approximately 2,300 art contents provided by the Samsung Store.
