Changwon Facilities Corporation Strengthens On-Site Communication Under the Banner of 'Safety Management'
Changwon Facilities Corporation in Gyeongnam has declared this year as the "First Year of Zero Accident Practice" and is strengthening on-site communication under the banner of "Safety Management."
Director Kim Jonghae began conducting on-site meetings and facility inspections starting February 5th at Masan Baseball Center and the Municipal Tennis Courts, and will continue visiting all facilities until the end of February.
During the on-site meetings, current issues for each facility are shared, and through open conversations with employees, suggestions and difficulties from the field are actively listened to.
In particular, Director Kim is focusing on the safety and management status of aging facilities to provide citizens with a safer facility environment.
Separately from Director Kim’s on-site inspections, the Human Resources and Labor Team plans to conduct special inspections of working conditions at each facility from January 15th to February 8th to explore support measures such as efficient workforce reallocation.
